i arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and received early access to my room that was greatly appreciated. a very thoughtful gesture was sweet treats in the room. the mattress was comfortable and the heating worked very well. the bathroom was spacious and it had excellent hot water and strong shower pressure.

Staff members were helpful and very pleasant . They addressed any issues i had promptly. a team member even told me about the complimentary tea and cake served at 3pm daily. i found this to be a nice touch that added to my experience.

the hotel has an amazing location close to major attractions and in a peaceful area. i was able to easily walk to nearby cafes and historical sites. public transport options like the metro are nearby offering convenient travel throughout the area.

the rooms were clean and the bed featured comfortable pillows and bedding. i appreciated the heated towel rack in the modern toilet and bath. it also had space to hold our luggage with enough room to walk around which was a pleasant surprise.

The view of the eiffel tower from my room was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was upgraded to a room with an eiffel tower view, a thoughtful gesture. The room was well-equipped with luxe toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and towels.

The location is in a charming neighborhood. It was enjoyable to explore the nearby shops. I found it convenient to borrow an umbrella from the hotel on rainy days. The hotel allowed me to leave luggage on the day of checkout.

the location was good for getting to the rer and metro stations nearby.
i was pretty annoyed because the room i booked didn't match the photos online. it was like a bait-and-switch. to top it off, the kettle leaked all over the desk, and i had to ask multiple times to get it replaced. the staff didn't seem too concerned about these issues either, frustrating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance with directions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries (they were delicious!). The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport. It made getting around simple.
The room felt a bit dated. The bathroom was particularly showing its age (the tiles looked worn). The sound isolation wasn't great. I could hear noise from the street.
